DollShe Craft’s new CS manager is my wife, Ms. Go.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays and omissions in relation to email requests and comments. The entire e-mail box has been checked for any delays in responding to e-mail in the past year and we appear to be up to date. If you have any e-mail missing, please contact me.
We are no longer using the open message board for CS inquiries. Queries there would skip pages and the board was susceptible to being attacked by macro programs that would create hundreds of identical posts. We will now only respond by e-mail.
There is only one official e-mail from DollShe Craft’ at webmaster@dollshecraft.com
We don’t review e-mails on national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays in Korea.
