Information of realistic schedule of shipment

Hello, everyone.

Before informing the schedule of shipment, we want to apologize about many times of delayed shipment. We, all workers of Dollshe Craft, are doing our best to solve the problem of delayed shipment. However, it is realistically hard to handle shipments, piled up for a long time, at the same time. all dolls are hand-made, and it is impossible to expect the lifespan of silicon mold. Also, the tiredness of worker should be considered due to work for a long time. They work for 12 hours in a day, and have only a day off on Sunday. They are doing their best even at a bad condition.

The reason why shipment has been dalayed is that we accepted pre-orders without finishing the original form of dolls. It looks like it is done on the photo, but more time than expected has been spent to trim a real original form perfectly. We planed at the first release of doll that lots of parts are made, but we could not finish it in promised time. Therefore, the shipments have been delayed. After we solve the problem of shipment, and we promise that we will not release a doll without finishing the original form of doll. But, order-made BJD is exception because it is made by customer’s ask.

We promised the earliest shipment date for customers because lots of customers asked that they want us to send their dolls ASAP, and claim about the problem of shipment. However, the work schedule has been delayed slowly, and the case of failing shipping on promised date and delaying shipment date has happened. We decided that we cannot solve all problems of delayed shipment at the same time, and if we calculate a real deadline for the production of original form and silicon mold, all the problems can be completely solved on June.

We will find a solution to order and arrive a doll in 2 or 3 months.
Here are the realistic schedules of shipment.
This is an expected period to the shipment of a doll based on the schedule of production for silicon form.
There is a difference in the period, between shipment and arrival depending on other countries’ mailing system, so we set the shipping date as a basis.

A doll is based on shipping date, not arriving date.

* Other line-ups dolls usually take 2 or 3 months for shipment.
* Expected shipping date can be changed about 1 or 2 weeks.
* Old 18M Classic line dolls are shipped on the middle of March. The 80% of total amount of orders has been shipped.
