Line-ups in normal shipment

Expect 18M Classcie Arsene, 18M Fashion Arsene and Old 18M line, others are shipped in 2 months. Line ups which has the good condition of silicon form can be just copied, so they are shipped in a month. However, Line ups whose silicon cannot be used anymore are needed 2 or 3 months to be shipped because of the recover of silicon form.

그외 라인업은 대부분 2달 안에 배송되고 있습니다. 실리콘 형틀 상태가 좋은 라인업 인형은 바로 복제가능해 한달 안에 배송되고 있습니다. 실리콘 형틀 수명이 다된 라인업 인형은 실리콘 형틀을 새로 만들어 복제하기 때문에 2-3개월에 배송 기간이 소요됩니다.

Ask for understanding the schedule of shipment

배송 일정에 대해 이해를 구합니다.

Because the schedule of copy has been changed depending on the type of dolls with reasons what we mentioned before, we want to ask you to understand difference between the order of orders and shipments. It could be hard to understand those kinds of problems for customers who made a order in advance, but it is for you to ship even a doll quicker. If all dolls should be shipped on the order of orders, the entire shipments for dolls would be delayed. Dolls already done should be stored for 1 or 2 months, and then they will be shipped later. This could happen because the way of how we make dolls. After an order has been accepted, then we start to make a doll. We want you to ask read this carefully, so we hope there is no misunderstanding about the schedule of shipment.

다음과 같은 이유로 인형 타입에 따라 복제 일정에 차이가 생겨 주문 순서와 배송 순서가 일치하지 않고 다소간의 차이가 생기는 점 양해바랍니다. 먼저 주문하신 분이 나중에 주문한 분들보다 인형을 늦게 받는 경우 이해하기 어렵겠지만, 단 한체의 인형이라도 먼저 보내드리기 위함입니다. 만약 주문 순서에 따라 인형을 보낸다면 전체적으로 인형을 더 늦게 수령하는 상황이 생길 수 있습니다. 제작이 끝난 인형을 한두달 보관했다 발송하게 됩니다. 다양한 색상과 인형을 만들고 있어 선주문 후제작 방식으로 인해 생길 수 밖에 없는 점 양해바랍니다. 필독하여 배송 일정에 대한 오해를 하지 않길 바랍니다.

– 실리콘 형틀은 인형 타입에 따라 각각 제작됩니다. 하나의 실리콘 형틀에서 복제할 수 있는 수량이 제한적이기 때문에 배송 일정에 차이가 있습니다. 예를 들어 주문이 많은 A 타입의 인형과 주문이 적은 B타입의 인형 중에 복제를 많이 해야하는 A 타입의 인형은 하나의 실리콘 형틀에서 복제되는 수량이 제한적이라 배송에 더 많은 시간이 걸립니다. 반면에 B 타입의 인형은 주문이 적기 때문에 복제할 수량이 적어 배송 일정이 비교적 짧게 됩니다. 실리콘 캐스팅은 한번 복제를 하면 복제품 탈형 후 반드시 실리콘 형틀을 상온에 방치하여 열을 식혀야합니다. 실리콘 형틀의 열을 충분히 식히지 않고 복제하면 형틀 교합이 어긋나서 파팅라인이 심하게 나올 수 있습니다. 실리콘 형틀에 열이 남아있다면 무발포 폴리 우레탄의 경화 시간을 짧게 하여 진공 주형시 기포를 제거할 시간이 단축되어 잔 기포가 생길 수 있습니다. 그런 이유로 주문량이 많은 라인업의 인형은 복제하는데 오랜 시간이 소요되기때문에 배송에도 더 많은 기간이 소요됩니다.
