I have made various versions of the head because I want to create various expressions.
In addition, the rate of ordering other versions (EN, SA, SM, AN, etc.) is around 3%, which is low in 2-3 out of 100 orders.

Even if you make just three versions of the head, OE, EN, and SA, there are nine prototypes that need to be completed with three classic modern fashion lines. There are also 9 heads to cast silicone. It takes at least a month to complete only the head prototype, and it takes at least a month to produce the silicone mold. That’s an estimate of the most efficient physical build time. It is being delayed more than what people are doing or expected.

Prototyping and casting had to be inefficient.
Delivery delays occurred frequently due to delays in the production of silicone molds due to delays in prototyping.

Casting efficiency is low with too many configurations.
There are very few people who wish to purchase an additional head unless it is a special package configuration.
We ask for your understanding that the version except for the OE head will be discontinued.
To streamline the production line, production and casting of other versions of the head except for the OE head are stopped.
We will only make one version of the doll in the future.
Existing dolls are also discontinued except for the OE head.

Burnout is repeated while working too hard to run DollShe Craft. I also often feel abnormalities in my health. Insomnia and lethargy come periodically. Sorry for not meeting the circular closing promise.

Prototype production and silicone mold work will be completed quickly to solve the delivery delay problem and shorten the doll receipt period after ordering.

We know that we have lost a lot of trust due to repeated delivery delays.
The remaining orders are available for delivery in approximately 4-5 months.
Orders have been low lately, so we can’t afford to hire more staff.
Limited 100 BJD initial order, full delivery in two weeks, and more staff can afford to hire more as orders grow. If we can afford it, we will hire more staff to expedite the delivery.
Limited edition dolls and dolls in some lineups can be delivered within 2-4 weeks of ordering.
We will do our best to restore lost trust. Please refrain from canceling your order so that we can complete the delivery.
Starting with the new work, once the prototype is completed and reproduction begins, we will only accept orders in small quantities that can be digested each month. We will make it available for pickup within 1-2 months of placing your order.
