September delivery schedule information

First of all, we are very sorry for the serious delay in delivery.
We sincerely apologize for the serious delay in delivery due to the delay in prototyping and the flood of orders during the unprecedented discount event period. Delayed prototypes are all completed within two months. After that, we will not accept orders without the prototype being completed. Estimated delivery date may be delayed due to the high number of order cancellations making it difficult to operate the DollShe Craft Casting Center. Please refrain from canceling your order.
It is expected that it will take about 4-5 months for delivery to normalize.
During the exceptional discount period two years ago, the number of orders for dolls is about 3,000. At this time, we completed delivery of about 2500 of the order quantity. The remaining delivery quantity is around 400 units.
Among them, the proportion of the classic line is about 70%, and the fashion line and other doll lines are about 30%.
The regular edition classic line takes about 5-6 months to ship, and the fashion line and other line dolls take 3-4 months to complete due to the small number of casting.
With so many skin color options and hundreds of option combinations for each doll type, casting efficiency was low. With complex options, it was difficult to outsource it to another casting center, and even if we hired more staff to casting ourselves, the efficiency did not increase as expected. Even with the full operation of the three vacuum molding machines, there was a great difficulty in processing the orders that came in at once.
The main reason for delay in reproduction due to delay in prototype production for doll types that were severely delayed in delivery is the biggest reason. I’m so sorry. We’ll finish the pushed prototype work as soon as possible.

* Limited edition dolls and some lineup dolls will be shipped directly after stock reproduction. Direct delivery dolls will be photographed and announced.
* Delivery schedule has an error of about 1-2 weeks. It may be delivered sooner, or it may be delivered 1-2 weeks later. Since all dolls are handmade, we can give you an approximate delivery schedule, but please understand that we cannot provide an exact delivery schedule.
– Dolls of the same type will be duplicated and shipped in order.
– Depending on the production time of the silicone mold and the number of copies, the delivery time for each doll lineup may vary.
– For doll types whose delivery has been delayed for a long time due to delay in prototype production, all prototypes will be completed within about 2 months. After that, orders will not be accepted if the prototype is not completed.
– The biggest reason for the significant delay in delivery was the delay in prototyping and taking pre-orders with 3D modeling images. Deep discount sales are delaying deliveries at a time when doll orders exploded on the Dolsh Craft website and several overseas dealers.
– We are currently hiring full-time employees and part-time workers to expedite delivery to the extent we can.
– Most dolls that were severely delayed in delivery within 6 months will be delivered.
– After the delivery delay is resolved, limited edition dolls and regular edition dolls are ordered in only the quantity that can be reproduced each month and are delivered within 1-2 months in principle.
– There is a difference in the delivery schedule for each doll lineup. There are many doll lineups, and there is a difference in the condition of silicone molds and the order quantity for each doll lineup.
– Silicone molds must be casting as soon as possible after production is complete. As silicone molds are manufactured for a long time, they lose elasticity, shortening the lifespan of silicone molds, and reducing the quality of reproduction. We will inform you of the delivery schedule for each doll lineup every month.
