Opening community board for error in receiving email

Dear Valuable Customers,

We have migrated the server and updated the software due to frequent error with oder total amount. After then, we have been experiencing omission of our customers email due to the error in email synchronization process.

We are using a freelancing translator to reply to your questions so it take about 2 days. If sent us an email but have not received a reply, please resend it to the email below.
