      Sorry for the delayed shipment. The order of doll was too many, so a production was delayed.
      Your Rosa is 70% finished.It will be shipped within a month.

    Do you want my honest opinion on all this BS that is going on here?
    You say that you won’t make sales again, I’m buying my A** off to get all the versions of the heads available and you make a complete set while other costumers payed their butts off at your previous sale.
    Also you say that shipment is delayed due to skyrocketed orders during sale periods and you make full packages!? Other people are waiting for nearly a complete year and …argh !!! I really don’t understand that concept and I am super angry that I ordered so many heads! Absolute waste of money !!!

    Hi, I wanted to order a full package, but I’m not sure how to do it. I also wanted mine to come with a faceup and I can’t figure out how to get that in the order? I found your faceup page, but none of them were the doll I am interested in. I also found your form, do I fill that out and wait for you to respond? The doll I am interested in is probably the Arsene Fashion but I also really like the Saint.
