My name is DollShe Kiyong, the figure sculptor of DollShe craft. The purpose of this email is to convey to you my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced with respect to delay in shipping of Amanda Beauty. Our original plan was to move forward with shipping of our initial prototype and modify and enhance the Amanda Beauty as a second version in the future. However, as we were finalizing the initial prototype to begin shipping, we have decided that it was of our sincere reward and humble duty to send the improved body from the beginning to our valuable customers, whom have ordered Amanda Beauty. As we already had a plan of revising the prototype from the first debut of the initial prototype, we were deeply concerned that our customers would be disappointed of the fact they could not receive the new body, which was to be available after 3-4 months from their time of purchase. We are making every effort to expedite the revision process of the prototype, in despite of which, it is taking longer than expected to test the mobility and experiment with new structure.
As you can see from the picture attached, we are currently working on improving the mobility of the hip. Our initial prototype was not able to move the hip sideways, however, it has now been upgraded and capable of taking natural poses after such enhancement. As there is a saying, “Poses resemble the characteristics”, we have now successfully finished the development of mature and sexy woman body. With contribution of flexible lateral and back and forth movement of the hip, our customers should finally be capable of express variety of feelings.
Due to increased number of silicon packing insertion part, the shoulder and pelvis have become more felxible and stable. In addition, we have strengthened all the joints and improved the detail as well as maximizing the degree of completion.
The final full body moving pose will be released along with the detailed description and pictures in two weeks. We will then proceed to work on silicon molding production as soon as the pictures are revealed.
Although it was of our intention to provide better quality product, we sincerely apologize for the fact it has delayed the shipping schedule. As painful and inconvenient as this delay might be for all of our customers, we promise that we will present to you the best quality of dolls. We are scheduled to begin our first casting in about a month.
